Team Entry Instructions
1. Entry forms may be obtained from the Intramural
bulletin board across from the Weary Center front desk or
printed off the Intramural Web Site.
2. Entry forms must be filled out completely
in order to be accepted.
3. Return completed entry forms to the folder
on the Intramural bulletin board on or before the specified
entry deadline.
4. Late entries will only be accepted if
time and space allow.
5. Each team captain (or a representative
of the team) MUST attend the specified captains’ meeting
in order for the team to participate. |
