2011: Saw action in nine of the ten games in 2011 … started six games at offensive guard for the Prairie Wolves … made the start in six of the final seven games during the season … missed one game due to injury … also played on the NWU PAT/Field goal units.

2010: Played in eight games in his first season on the NWU offensive line … made four starts at offensive guard in his first year … after playing the first four games as a backup, got his first career start at No. 1 Sioux Falls at offensive guard … also was a member of the NWU special teams unit.

Academic: Business Administration major.

In High School: Earned two varsity letters in football at Papillion-LaVista South H.S. … was named honorable mention All-State as a senior … also was named to the All-District First Team .. led the Titans to the Class A State Playoffs as a senior … a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 6/7/1991, son of Doug Armstrong and Sandra Armstrong … older brother Seth Armstrong was a tight end for NWU from 2006-09.
