2011: First-Team All-GPAC selection at linebacker … also Third-Team All-American chosen by the Beyond Sports Network … a Second-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … led the GPAC and was 12th in the NAIA in tackles per game … finished with 100 total tackles … started all 10 games at linebacker for the Prairie Wolves … also recorded four interceptions, returning two of those for touchdowns … had career-high 20 tackles in final game versus Hastings on Nov. 12 … was named GPAC Defensive Player of the Week after win over Briar Cliff on Oct. 29 … had seven tackles, 1.5 TFLs, 1.0 quarterback sacks and two interceptions with one returned for a touchdown … had five games with 10+ tackles … was named a NAIA Scholar Athlete and a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
2010: Played in nine games at linebacker as a sophomore earning the start in four games … made the move from safety to linebacker … named All-GPAC honorable mention … ended the year fourth on the team with 59 total tackles … was third on the team with 7.0 tackles-for-loss … started four straight games before missing Midland game with injury … had back-to-back games with double digit tackles … made 14 total tackles in win over No. 25 Dakota Wesleyan on Oct. 9 … had 13 tackles with 3.0 TFLs, 1.0 QB sacks and a forced fumble in homecoming win over Briar Cliff … was NWU Special Teams Player of the Week in week two.
2009: Was a valuable backup in the NWU secondary … also played a big role on the special teams unit.

In High School: A First-Team All-State selection by the Journal Star and World Herald as a senior… named Class D-2 Honorary Captain … started all four years for the Tigers earning All-State honors each year … had 94 TDs as a senior with over 1700 passing yards and 1200 rushing yards … led Ewing to State Title as a senior … also a three-time First-Team All-State selection in basketball and state medalist in golf.
