The Nebraska Wesleyan University football team was picked to finish fourth in the 2009 preseason GPAC Coaches' poll that was released on Tuesday (Aug. 4). The poll was voted on by all 12 coaches at the 10th annual GPAC Media Day which was held at the Stoney Creek Inn located in Sioux City, Iowa. The Prairie Wolves received 86 total points in the poll to finish fourth out of the 12 teams. Defending NAIA National Champion Sioux Falls was the choice to repeat as GPAC champions.
