Rivalry Renewed as NWU Travels to Doane on Saturday

One of the oldest rivalries in small college football will take place this Saturday (Oct. 30) as Nebraska Wesleyan hits the road to face arch rival Doane College in GPAC football action. Kickoff between the Prairie Wolves and Tigers is set for 1 p.m., at Simon Field in Crete, Neb. LISTEN LIVE

It will be the 96th meeting between the two rival schools as NWU will try to even up the all-time series. Doane leads the all-time series 45-44-6 after ending their six-game losing streak with the win last year.

Nebraska Wesleyan has now won two straight games to improve to 3-4 on the season and will look to even up their record this week. Doane enters Saturday's game with a 2-5 overall record.
