Football Team Set For Opener at Concordia

The Nebraska Wesleyan football team will open the 2010 season this Saturday (Sept. 4) when they travel to Seward, Neb., to face conference rival Concordia University. Kickoff between the Prairie Wolves and Bulldogs is set for 1 p.m., at Bulldog stadium. The game can be heard live on KFOR 1240 AM or online at kfor1240.com. LISTEN LIVE

NWU Picked 7th in Preseason GPAC Poll

The Nebraska Wesleyan University football team was picked to finish seventh in the 2010 preseason GPAC Coaches' poll that was released on Tuesday (Aug. 3). The poll was voted on by all 11 coaches at the 11th Annual GPAC Media Day that was held at the Cornhusker Marriott Downtown in Lincoln.
