Nebraska Wesleyan got their spring break trip off to a great start as the Prairie Wolves defeated Carleton College, 10-7, on Wednesday (Mar. 21) at the Kimo Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz.
The victory snapped the Prairie Wolves four-game losing streak as NWU improved to 2-8 overall.
Sophomore Justin Van Dyke led the NWU attack as he went 3-5 at the plate and drove in five runs. Tanner Lewis, Griffin DePriest and Pete Sitorious all had two hits apiece.
