While at Northeast, Fagler coached his sons, Jeff and Joe, and led the Rockets to a record of 252-209 and six state tournament appearances in 22 years of work. He also served as head coach for Northeast’s American Legion team and had a record of 330-176 in 14 seasons.
Fagler has taught physical education, driver education and peer education at Lincoln Northeast since 1992 and has served as commissioner for the Babe Ruth Baseball Association for more than 20 years.
