Marketing Group Wins CASE AwardsFor the third consecutive year, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VI recognized NWU’s Archways magazine at its annual institutional awards dinner. CASE’s sixth district includes institutions of all sizes in Colorado, the Dakotas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wyoming.

This year, Archways magazine earned CASE’s gold award in the category of publications program improvement for its summer 2009 redesign.

The same NWU design team that brings you Archways took home additional gold and bronze awards for pieces promoting the university’s Empty Bowls fundraiser and opera performances respectively. Nebraska Wesleyan was also awarded the CASE district’s highest overall honor as its “2010 Sweepstakes Winner for Excellence.”

Not a bad performance for a small, in-house marketing team competing against peers at much larger, tax-funded state institutions across the region.
