Time Well Spent

Before fall classes began, first-year students hit the streets in service to the Lincoln community.Nebraska Wesleyan students, faculty and alumni have been making the world a better place for 125 years. It only makes sense then that we’d choose to mark NWU’s 125th anniversary by continuing to make a difference.

NWU students, faculty, staff and alumni are joining together to contribute 100 hours of service in their communities for every year of Nebraska Wesleyan’s existence.

You can join the effort by volunteering for good causes where you live and logging your hours at nebrwesleyan.edu/125. Our goal is to reach 12,500 hours of service by the end of the academic year.

With alumni onboard, we’re confident we’ll reach this goal and keep right on going—because when it comes to strengthening our communities, we see no reason to quit while we’re ahead.
