Prospective teachers need hands-on experience throughout
their entire college training. Education majors at Nebraska Wesleyan
University spend 20 to 25 hours each semester in classroom
situations. They apply the educational theories
they have learned, gaining valuable practical experience.

the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education
