  • Business, Accounting and Economics Department

Student organizations offer opportunities to expand what’s learned in the Department of Business, Accounting, and Economics classrooms.

  • Student Investment Group (SIG) — This group has been active since the 1970s. SIG took its current shape in 2005. Generous donations from alumni and friends have created a several hundred thousand dollar portion of the University endowment that undergraduate finance students manage. SIG students must analyze the economy, industries and securities and then make decisions on how the portfolio will be allocated.
