Alumni Association
The Alumni Association and its Executive Council sponsor several committees that provide opportunities for you to share your time and talent, while staying connected with what’s happening on campus. Two of the committees—Activities and Student Recruitment—provide ideal opportunities for those who live outside the Lincoln or Omaha area.
Activities Committee
Plans reunions and other alumni-related events, both in Lincoln and other regions with concentrations of Wesleyan alumni.
Communication Committee
Assists in communicating news about the University, the alumni and Alumni Association opportunities.
Greek Relations Committee
Serves as an advocate of the success and livelihood of the Greek system at NWU by representing Greek affiliated alumni, fostering and modeling the core values of the Greek system, facilitating communication and cooperation between the University and its Greek-affiliated alumni and collegians; and identifying and implementing opportunities to increase connectedness of Greek-affiliated alumni to the University.
Involvement and Recognition Committee
Selects annual award winners and plans volunteer recognition activities.
Target Cities/Student Recruitment Committee
Assists the Admissions Office in identifying and recruiting students.
Student Recruitment Committee
Assists the Admissions Office in identifying and recruiting students.
Wesleyan Alumni Student Association
Educates students about the contributions of alumni and their future role as alumni and provides opportunities for alumni/student interaction. WASA assists the Career Center with a variety of Career Week activities.
